Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all tags are attached and the products are in their original, unused condition.

  Handover to Courier

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at the nearest authorized carrier location or schedule a home pickup.

• 4.
  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our team receives and inspects the returned goods, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method.
